Over 50 years ago the Osseo Rod and Gun pond was established on 8 acres.  The pond offers a boat landing (no gas motors) and five new fishing piers located around the pond. There is a mowed trail around the pond allowing fishing from any location around the pond. The pond offers Bluegills, Crappies, Perch, Bass and Walleyes.  The Rod and Gun recommends a 10 pan fish limit. All other regulations apply. On shore there is a shelter offering picnic tables and a grill.  Every year the club sponsors a Kids Fishing Contest the second Saturday of September from Noon to 2pm with raffles and prizes for the kids.
